Why isn't my wiggle car as fast as in the video?

The Fanttikride N7Pro has a theoretical top speed of 6 km/h (weight ≤ 25 kg). Actual speed may vary due to: rider weight, ground slope, battery level. A speed adjustment button (4-6 km/h) is located under the chassis.

Is strong vibration/noise from the vehicle normal?

Mild vibration is normal, but excessive shaking or unusual noises may indicate loose components or motor issues. We recommend discontinuing use and contacting after-sales service for inspection.
